• Outbound sticker tapbacks now apply the exact sticker your CRM specifies, every time. Previously, kind=sticker reactions could ack STICKER_NOT_FEASIBLE for arbitrary CRM-supplied images.

Backend 1.21.2

• Docs: documented that kind=sticker outbound reactions are fully supported via reaction.sticker.bytes (base64). Reframed STICKER_NOT_FEASIBLE as a transient dispatch-failure code rather than a permanent "do not retry" signal. See Reactions → Outbound example: sticker add for the payload shape.
